There have been PRs going back to Feb. 11 projecting $10M annual revenue for their combined post-merger subsidiaries. I'm not saying I take every press release at face value, but one has to consider the recent history of KYNC, which merged with a private company, Algae World, which itself has several subsidiaries. There haven't been any financials since the mid-October merger, so there's a hole in what can be known right now. Nobody's forcing anyone to believe their press releases, but I'm willing to hold out for the time being and see what happens. My read on the OS development, as strangely as it went down, is that they released PR and did what they said they would do, albeit in a way that raises some questions.
