You can find a sept 2018 quarterly at OTC Markets. But it's a different company post-October merger. They've said they'll be issuing a quarterly in the coming weeks.

We will soon see. The year end financials for KYNC are due to be uploaded to the OTC by March 31st. If they actually consummated the deals with Algae World and ATAX in the 4th quarter their financials should be reflected in those documents issued by KYNC.
Im not quite certain why the year end financials haven't been done yet with only two weeks left to upload but in any event it remains a wait and see.

I DO FIND IT ODD HOWEVER THAT THERE HASNT BEEN ONE GENERAL PUBLIC DOCUMENT ISSUED BY KYNC IN THE LAST 4 PLUS MONTHS THAT ACTUALLY STATES THE ALGAE WORLD AND ATAX DEALS TOOK PLACE AND WHAT THE COSTS TO KYNC WERE.
