Last time I looked up that lead scientist for an article she did, it dragged the name Nutranomics along with it, so who knows. There is a small difference between a subsidiary and a partnership. Either way it's a revenue driver so who cares. Toyota partnered with BMW to make the new Supra/Z4, Toyota also partnered with Subaru to make the FRS/86/BRZ, both companies will make money off that car, same idea here.
