Hard to say what will happen here, but I've definitely seen some low float stocks make huge runs with the right momentum. Last time I saw a stock with a verifiable micro-float, it ran from pennies to dollars just because deep pocket traders knew they didn't need to worry about dilution, and could run it.
I'm not saying that will happen here. I'll be perfectly happy just seeing the company shares trading closer to a proper valuation. I hope this happens as the next forward looking events start happening... 2018 10k, CSE listing, 2019 Q1, etc.
I think we should be closer $8M-$10M valuation NOW. That would be around 0.05-0.06, or 0.30+ post-split (quick calc. shows GPC funding just announced is at 0.22 for shares, and 0.45 for the warrants)... so I don't think I'm too far out of the ball park.
