Dilution? Guess you didn't read the message. Actually the opposite of dilution - the toxic converter being lawfully forced to buy back shares they diluted outside of contracted amount.

actually the opposite. no more convertible debt and it seems EMA over converted to the tune of 35M shares. lets see if the court orders them to buy back those shares.
