The share structure bring quoted is inaccurate. All one has to do is look at the most recent SEC filing to see the outstanding shares are higher and 40 million shares became free trading in the 4th qtr.

It is right there in the SEC filings. Plus they give you all the details on those nasty floorless convertibles at huge discounts to market price ..... OUCH !!!!
