It's all a gamble down here in the dank and dirty OTC. The key to me in this scenario is why they don't drop news prior the obvious dilution. As you know - usually the pattern is pump up the price then dilute. That is what indicates to me that the shares are being accumulated by an interested party. Shall see. GLTU. I own a lot of 1s lol.
