Yup, went to .40 on much less too. Didnt have all the acquisition deals going on.

Jimmy for years raised the outstanding share by like 10 percent
A year and could of kept that going for so many more years.
Now he raised it by 9 fold to only get out last year unrestricted shares
As the rest are locked for a year.
So now jimmy has 2 months left that whatever is thinking .
I don't think so ! Why would he go for it all at this point when he could of
Just continued what he was do for years . Raising very little share count over the years
To stay a float and stay under the radar .
This is the first time I seen revenue gain in Sgmd
7 million a year .
If the stock was going up everyone brains would
Think positivity but since we are going down it's negative.
On this whole board I only see one or two guy that knows what he or she is talking about .
The rest are herd mentality. Most are impatient and will move to the next
Stock .
