GM Dempsey, kudos to Greg Rotman for ensuring he removed any unnecessary uncertainty the EMA lawsuit may have caused anyone less familiar with dirty funders on the OTC.

The fact that EMA was brazen and dumb enough to file such a bogus action against VYST in the 1st place only means that because they were dumb enough to mess with the VYST bull, now they're going to get the horns so to speak...and I applaud VYST for their amazing level of legal professionalism for going after EMA and any of their collaborative cohorts...as we want a management team that's going to protect and preserve our shareholder value and not let anyone take advantage of us, let alone use the courts in such an obvious fraudulent manner after already illegally converting and selling 35M shares the equally stupid transfer agent foolishly allowed them to do!

There's gonna be a whole lot of smack down issued by VYST's legal team over the next 30 days, and man oh man would I ever not want to be in the shoes of EMA and their cohorts who obviously committed such blatant securities fraud and foolishly thought they could get away with it with no repercussions coming their way!

And now that we know VYST's mgmt. team has hired the most professional legal team possible to go after all the culprits involved...EMA and their cohorts are about to learn the hard way why it's never a good idea to try to screw a full SEC Reporting Company over when the SEC has strict rules & regulations that govern the sale of illegal securities...so EMA just better hope that their worst problem is having to buyback the 35M illegal shares they sold and return them to VYST, because I strongly suspect they may also soon have to answer to the SEC and their cohorts too!
