I'm under the impression dilution has been completed given today's action and the number of shares diluted over the past 2 weeks. Unless they are trying to max out the AS. FROM MY CALCULATIONS we have gone through 6 billions of shares for the month of March thus far.
We were told a PR has been written and ready to go, so I'm under the impression it would be this week and could very well be publish as early as today (Wednesday).

I believe dilution is done because there were very few shares traded after 2pm est. most of what little traded after this time was on the .0002 ask.mthe bid grew much stronger during this time. So yes I'm looking forward to a PR today.
