My huge or nothing estimate is more than a bit sloppy, I'm afraid. But the millions IPIX owes, albeit mostly to insiders, is still owed. Skating close to the edge always invites real damage from even a slight wind. Ok, there is a good chance there will be a small something, but for me personally (and for lots of longer term holders I suspect), if I am left with a dime or two or even three, it is relatively speaking "nothing." But I like your scenario better.
