Yep, and by the 25 pages of evidence VYST has already provided...EMA has much more to worry about than VYST coming after them...as I remain adamant that EMA better hope the SEC doesn't come calling, because the SEC takes securities fraud very seriously and they don't mess around if/when they get their teeth into anyone who commits securities fraud right!
