Exactly what it appears 100% agreed hondo! And the best part is, that karma always works its wonderful course in these kind of matters...so for now, we can all rest easy knowing the evidence is over-whelming in VYST's favor and eventually everyone who was a party to EMA's illegal shenanigans will be forced to face the legal music their own complicit actions created!
All's I know for certain is that VYST's 25 pages of crystal clear evidence blew away the entire pile of dog crap EMA submitted to the court...and EMA is going to be so sorry they ever allowed their foolish greed to get so out of hand to the point that they were ever brazen enough to file such an obvious bogus case against VYST in the 1st place...and if/when the SEC does get involved EMA is going to be screwed way worse than the karma VYST is bringing them lol.
Anyways, enough about the ongoing EMA side show...the real relevant catalysts en route here pertain to the fast approaching Rotmans acquisition 8k...and I for one think we're on the verge of getting the Rotmans 8k, and all the additional material moves that immediately follow...and if we do, I won't be surprised in the least to see us soaring far DEEPER into DIMELAND than any of us have even yet imagined!
