The merger and the lawsuit have nothing to do with one another, the merger will be released and PR'd when its completed regardless of the lawsuit, not sure why people are assuming one has anything to do with the other.

It's been stated here several times already this week that VYST can file ALL the filings with the SEC they deem necessary, post all the news they deem necessary to disseminate to market, and provide any other communication they deem necessary while they prepare their EMA countersuit!

Heck I've even posted Greg Rotman's own email response clarifying that everyone running around falsely claiming that VYST supposedly can't release news is full of dog crap...and VYST themselves even put out 3 Press Releases last week already, which all came after the EMA lawsuit was filed in the 1st place proving that there's no supposed gag order on them supposedly keeping them from filing the SEC filings they deem necessary or disseminating news flow to market all the while they're going after EMA over the next 30 days!

So anyone who continues to falsely claim that VYST is supposedly not allowed to release the pending Rotmans acquisition 8k is blatantly lying or being purposely misleading...and the ones repetitively saying it are clearly being exposed.

Greg Rotman's own email below specifically states that when he informed 1 shareholder over this past weekend that VYST wouldn't be putting out an 8K filing or news regarding the EMA lawsuit that that was all he was referring to...so everyone running around falsely claiming that Greg Rotman supposedly told anyone that they supposedly cant file their pending Rotmans acquisition 8k is flat out lying or being purposely deceptive hahaha>>>
