IPIX has added several more layers of patent protection for B-OM, had a successful EOP2 meeting with the FDA, created a IPIX subsidiary based in Ireland (EU) to further development of the drugs. Hmm. Why do all that unless it was at the request of a “Term Sheet” signatory or other potential partner(s)? It would be insane for a company to spend its dwindling treasury on things that don’t enhance value of the company.
