I'm fully aware of that and it has nothing to do with what I posted from the Prospectus. It stated that only $1.15B was raised and the only assets were debentures issued by WMI. Where are the BILLIONS and Trust assets backing the Capital Trust you all have been harping about forever? The answer is there are none, it's just more MB fairytales!
