I'm taking it as: So while zero-THC hemp is "neat" it's no longer a necessity, thus not as positive for the company moving forward. They're apparently working to make our hemp more agronomically(?) lucrative and have a 2-year head start. I'm no botanical geneticist, but if it's possible to create a hemp seed that's both zero-THC AND high-CBD yield, I could see that as high-demand product. Could Tom have been alluding to this??
Okay, so from my understanding a zero THC plant still would make sense but according to the bill it must have other agronomic traits for it to be legal...so whatever agronomic traits they are referencing has made this a deal breaker? Was this some sort of total surprise or something? I'm trying to understand this better
Yes sir sure thing. Yadda...yadda..Just like the lock on VLN tobacco that will change BIG TOBACCO. THINKING AGAIN can be hazardous to health and surely empty investors pockets there TJ!
And we think we're substantially ahead from a number of players that are involved, and when we are ready to publicly announce, we'll let people know why we feel that way
I think "when we are ready to publicly announce, we'll let people know why we feel that way" means they have options regarding the hemp market. There are many who feel XXII has missed the target on hemp, but if I read between the lines they in fact are working in this arena and will announce when they have something substantive.
