A company obviously came in and paid the judgment which was aginst Weber and BBDA jointly and severally. My guess is Weber signed over the control block and any shares he had to get out from under that judgment for $250K+. I placed a very big bet here and we will see soon enough. But, people were saying $LEAS was fake and these guys got filings in on that one so I'm confident.
