MONITORS: Please sticky Stervc’s post. Exactly! I have always thought reverse merging AOXIN into ETFM would make sense and this, indeed, looks like what’s happening — or at least something “reverse merger like”. If so, this trade might finally be the one that causes me to stop kicking myself for passing on Apple 15 years ago, Amazon, and the most painful decision “not” to buy of all when it was selling for a penny — Bitcoin! This could truely be epic! The un-penny stock like incredible volume — speaks volumes about where this stock is headed.

Stervc You did an outstanding job on your point of view. You layout all the facts and provide us with full details features the merge with Jiangsu Aoxin. This is certainly a very unique case, a very exceptional set of circumstances.

Oh my goodness. Jiangsu generates $148,800,660 Revenues and has $200,145,818 Assets. This is so huge! It's beyond my imagination. Its frightening how one day, one moment, one event, can change your life completely.

By no later than March 15, 2019, that's next week. I can't speak for other here, I know exactly what I need to do. Who's the next in line to grab more share on MONDAY?

Appreciate your input sir.

Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. is based in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province and was founded in 2006 after which it was bought by Dongfeng Motors in 2007 which sold it to the Yancheng Municipal Government in 2009. The company also manufactures an electric utility vehicle. The company markets its vehicles through the Las Vegas-based 2050Motors company. In February 2016 the company announced that it is applying for approval to build a manufacturing plant in Southern Nevada, not far from Faraday Future’s planned plant. The Aoxin IBIS and the Aoxin New Energy logo are inspired by Tesla to put it gently.

“Aoxin Ibis could be Tesla competitor in China, Nissan Qashqai ZEOD due this year
Chinese automaker Aoxin New Energy, has built an electric car that is set to compete with the Tesla Model S. The aluminum and carbon fiber Aaoxin Ibis (pictured) is longer than the Model S, but weighs less than the Tesla at 4,034 pounds. It offers 181 horsepower and has a top speed of only 94 miles per hour, but it boasts a driving range of about 285 miles per charge. Its upscale interior borrows its looks from the Tesla, with its digital gauges and large, central touchscreen.

Volcano, let's discuss this ETFM 8-K a bit further...

Based on the 8-K file by ETFM with the SEC, it was stated that the old management and the Board were immediately tendering their resignations from the Company on March 6, 2019.

Within the very next sentence, it was stated that by no later than March 15, 2019, a majority shareholder in ETFM is going to prepare an Agreement between ETFM and the subsidiary, the Nevada private corporation, 2050 Motors, Inc. (TFPC). It appears that there is a Share Exchange Agreement that's being done to put Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., (Aoxin) into ETFM.

It was stated that ETFM, the public corporation, owns the exclusive license and rights to the Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., (Aoxin) to import, distribute and assemble their automobiles in the USA.

The Share Exchange Agreement that the Nevada private corporation, 2050 Motors, Inc. (TFPC) is going to prepare is going to transfer 80% ownership to the newly current management at the time of March 15, 2019 in exchange for 20% of the Nevada private corporation, 2050 Motors, Inc. (TFPC). As of right now, we don't know who's going to be holding the 80% ownership, but I'm willing to bet that it will be Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., (Aoxin) since they were indicated to be one of the primary parties to be part of the Share Exchange Agreement.

In essence, the end result of the Share Exchange Agreement would have the same effects as if such transaction was an acquisition or a merger. We won't know 100% for sure their plan until around or after March 15, 2019 per the time frame they indicated within the 8-K.

Regardless, even if it is neither a Share Exchange Agreement nor acquisition/merger, then it will be no less than Licensing Agreements coming into ETFM which could actually make things more profitable for ETFM because then they would have zero to very minimal Operational Expenses. Again, ETFM owns the exclusive license and rights to the Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., (Aoxin) to import, distribute and assemble their automobiles in the USA. I think those who are still not getting just how huge this could be, I suggest looking at the video below:

ETFM Video of ETFM Bulletproof Automobiles
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=147370911

Either way, I think ETFM has "officially" turned the corner for good.

For those who have not read the 8-K as of yet, here it is again below:
https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/2050-motors-inc-ETFM/stock-news/79425944/current-report-filing-8-k

The reason why I stated that ETFM would have a huge valuation if they were to acquire/merge with Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., (Aoxin) was because I had learned that Jiangsu generates $148,800,660 Revenues and has $200,145,818 Assets as I had identified within the post below:

The wording in today's 8k filing had the shares selling down 50%. From my understanding, 2050 Motors Inc (public) was going to sell 80% of our subsidiary to prior management for a $50,000 note. That got cancelled, so why on earth would our stock drop by an additional 50% after having retraced so far from .007 to .0018 over the course of 3 weeks?

This is in fact, GOOD ASS NEWS, not bad news

We were going to get a$$ raped by selling 80% of our subsidiary for a measly $50k note.

In cancelling this agreement, ETFM owns/retains it's 100% ownership

The subsidiary was 2050 Motors PRIVATE

ETFM is 2050 Motors, Inc (Public)

Everybody got their panties in a bunch for no reason at all

Today was an outlier on the chart and im happy to have loaded shares from those weak hands that don't know how to read an 8k
