Of course not. This is a big part of deciding whether to invest in either the commons or prefs.
Somewhere i read it said that these guys otting, calabria and munchin will be doing this but not for the benefits of the shareholders.
This has always been the case, in my opinion. Whatever the administration ends up deciding, anything that happens to the shareholders will only be a secondary effect. They're trying to stabilize and strengthen the housing market. I don't think they will do anything with the express intent of helping or harming shareholders, or a subset thereof, because we're all small fries comparatively.
