fredmiller 1999....shortly after the 2008 financial hit , and after JPM acquired the assets of WAMU, my neighbor got a job at Great Western financial making do overs for a lot of mortgages that were in trouble... she told me the story about how Jamie Dimon has visited the bank to get acquainted with the employees, and make a survey of the banking operations on the west coast that he acquired through the "Project West" program... she said security guards came in about 45 minutes before Jamie showed up.. he traveled to the west coast in a lavish motor van....they secured the area, and Jamie gave his spiel... she was under the impression that JPMC was the new owner....just saying...she said they were doing mortgages do-overs and foreclosures.....FWIW.....Lodas
