and thats what i mean... having an institutional investor put down even a nickel in a penny stock that as recently as 2 months ago was trading in the trips is truly unheard of and should speak volumes to any investors and even traders, but I guess they just can't see past their noses. Some people have said 200K is not alot of money for an Institutional and the company is just trying to pump it, IMO the Institution is just dipping their toe in the waters here and their most likely to invest more and bring on other institutions as the company follows through on their business plan.
