Which part of the fast one... there are so many fast ones that EMA was trying to pull. I particularly liked the part where EMA wired money back to VYST. I totally laughed my ass off reading that! It was like EMA thought they owned VYST and VYST was EMA’s personal reckless shopping spree account. EMA just kept stealing and stealing VYST shares.... yeah securities fraud is huge! This was done totally deliberate, that’s why I think the judge will award VYST multi millions in damages as well as forcing EMA to buy those 35 million shares back on the open market.
