You were implying that WWIO and MLHC were merging, which is not likely based upon the information I referenced.
That doesn’t mean that a separate merger between WWIO and a different third-party isn’t possible. It just won’t be MLHC is what I’m clarifying.
Besides... There’s really no benefit to merging both companies when Anish can find excuses to sell twice the number of shares. His dilution expertise is second to none.
