You're talking to the wrong guy. The timing of the payment is not an issue for me; I don't care either way. I still believe the deal is real. Maybe not great for the licensees, but real.
Recieving that kind of money, especially for a company needing to show revenue,should be some kind of qualified event imo. This keeping the investor in the blind is not cool imo. If it was missed what are the new dates. You can't go public then back into stealth mode when things don't go as planned.
