I suppose the $150 billion war in Iraq is the neocon replacement for many of the built in stabilizers which used to exist in our economy.

It's a trickle-down program - tax money is spent in Iraq and some of it trickles back to hand-picked American firms.

War is the neocon Fiscal Policy.
