You understand that when they PR'd the buyback they said they would be doing both right? They will still buy back shares.
Would you rather than have bought back shares on the open market and they just allow a note to convert dumping those share back? Would that really make sense? Or does it make sense to prevent further dilution from happening while also planning to buy back shares?
Never seen so much complaining about a company paying off covertible notes with cash preventing further dilution
