The market doesn't have sufficient information at this time. There's no definitive agreement with a Seller(s), only the generic outline of where a share price might want to be, and the definitive of a 1:10 R/S application (bear in mind this is a R/S application, not a R/S approval).

Let's say post-split $COHO makes an offer to purchase an Operating Company but its unattractive from your perspective either as an investor or trader. You won't buy in and support the share price post-split, and likewise others won't. This alone makes a share price recovery difficult.

This is just one of the simple unknowns in the marketplace right now, and there's a lot of information required to be able to make an informed trading decision.
