With ongoing litigation and a reverse split coming sometime before September? There hasn't been any good news here. Just a short pump and dump which I already posted was going to happen before it did. Lol

I will say this... I do believe Sears will recover... however I believe the footprint of the new stores will be much smaller so if they choose to carry Iconix brands, I'm sure it will be a smaller amount. Iconix was supposed to be finding other store alternatives for their line but we have yet to see anything substantial and with retail dieing I'm not sure they could sustain their own stores right now. They've pretty much lost all their contracts.... so where are they going to sell their clothing?
