I don’t see the deal as being bad for liht. If the deal is for liht to control the build out is where I would get scared. With the way we do buisness it took us almost 3 years to build 10000sf. What do you think 465000 sf will take 10 years maybe more. Be realistic we do everything at a snails pace and it’s going to destroy this company. This build out won’t even start lol and if it does whoever fronted the money is going to get really tired of lihts pace.
