this point makes no sense. Even if they had the money to buy it, where would they get the money to undertake the cost of building a facility from scratch? Besides all they said was they "were excited to be moving forward...". Not a word about buying or renting anything. When the deal is done I am sure they'll let us know. For now its just hype and misdirection.
