It surely could..Shareholders voted raising AS from 300m to 2B Oct10..SGMD would then have to file with SOS Delaware, and might explain time delay..Might be the "final issuance" of 200m shares to BizRight didnt occur until last days of November or certainly in Dec..I dont recall what the O/S was Nov30..??..Thx for directing me to reread that Nov8k.
