The existence of the NOLs will be confirmed in the next 10K, which is to be filed soon. One might ask on the cc if there are any reasonably foreseeable circumstances that would cause the loss of the NOLs.
Let's put this NOL go away theory to rest. Let ask Jay at the conference call, especially by somebody, and then put this subject under several miles or dirt if the NOL is here for another 22 years, or report to the SEC that they are hiding material info if the NOL does go away.
