Sorry the stories about the SEC are simply BS!!! They discuss no stock with anyone for any reason! Simple! Anyone making any claims to that affect is simply full of BS! I will be here everyday to prove that anyone who claims they have been talking to the SEC about any disclosure that Sugarmade NEVER has to make because they are on the OTC. Simple and right to the point! JMHO

NO company on the OTC is obligated to tell anyone about anything on what is going on with the company. That is why they are on the OTC. All they are required to do is to keep their filings up to date per the OTC QB requirements and that is it! No news, no 8K's, just financial filings unless they do a corporate action that under SEC rules requires them to file an 8K, or some other filing per the corporate action they have taken. Anyone claiming anything else is full of BS. Chan does not have to say anything to anyone at this point, nothing except make filings! Simple! JMHO
