As has been suggested, contact your Congress members and ask them to put a fire under the UST's rear end!
All it is gonna take is just a couple of them interacting with this and the UST will come into play!
It was done under THEIR WATCH and NOT with WALRATHS knowledge imho...
But as you can see the numbers could end up being huge even at the 10 bill posit.
I can assure you what it would cost me alone many here would be very very happy to walk away with that amount for their total payout here.
And all the while they shouldn't even be here!!!!! How does one go from an unsecured position to an equity position in a BK case AFTER the POR has been OK'd by the JUDGE???????
And Hosen even told them in POR 6 they would get nothing not even the 24 mill , yet here they are now and in a EQUITY POSITION!!!!!!
they do not deserve one penny of any of our money, move them back to an unsecured position(which is what should happen) or cap them is all that is being asked.
