Yes you right lots of fine printing that’s very complex .i as you voted reject the RS .. I still say it won’t happen . We see

In a reverse split only the outstanding shares are effected - the A/S is unchanged.

If a company files a DEF 14C about a reverse split - they usually know they have the votes to approve it.

All OTCM companies understand that the shareholders won't vote for a reverse split.

My guess is that the insiders will be on a conference call at the attorney's office - and not step foot inside the US.
