I couldn't agree with you more. Our OS is very reasonable... we need to grow the company normally and get the pps up before we even think about a R/S. Problem is we don't know what their thinking is on this. Are they thinking there will be great news that will allow for a reasonable R/S or are they so desperate for better financing that they will R/S before anything substantial occurs. I'm not for giving them the benefit of the doubt with a blank check. WE HAVE TO GROW THE COMPANY AND GET THE PPS UP before a R/S. I haven't voted yet but am leaning towards no.

Also, if OW expects big news in the next 6-9 months, why on earth would they raise capital between now and then
