I don’t think mark is very smart. He said th 10-k was “ahead of schedule” but this is week nine and he also told us it takes 8-12 weeks to complete. So at this point they would be “on time” not “ahead of schedule”.

So either mark doesn’t have a clue or he plans on missing the March 31 deadline.
