The only reason for the R/S is to raise more capital with more favorable terms IMO. Problem is we have no guarantee that it will happen, just because we have a higher pps does not mean we will necessarily attract better lenders. Once the R/S occurs we have no guarantee the price will remain high... unless they have some blockbuster news to back up the new price. Another problem is qualifying for NASDAQ even with a higher pps. We don't have the financial ability to qualify even with the higher pps.
