Yes, that does exist in the world, but considering the amount of foreign aid the USA doles out to impoverished nations, one has to wonder why such poverty exist and maybe the govt of that childs nation should be scrutinized more for their priorities ....and if theyre a nation we give aid too, maybe theres a better way to see our tax money is better accounted for and utlized to the betterment of people like in that photo.
