From DAY 1 we always questiond whether the trustee was doing his fiduciary resposibility to the stockholders.

Somehow, we/us felt we were getting screwed. The first inkling was on the intial filing he did not file under the gurantee. Remember that one?

I had a few phone conversations MANY years back with Lehman lawyers and a trustees rep questioning why that was done.in short the trustees reply was, DUH.....

pack of lazy thieves. Hope it works out for us. I still have faith we get some dough.

I am not on the Ecaps camp but cotton is dam n reasonable in his arguments and makes sense so I think he gots a shot.
