wouldnt that be up to the judge? and heres the thing wayne, lets say it all goes good and rickey gets paid this coming april,,
logically speaking, all we would all have to do is file claims and get paid right after him,
lehman is set to recieve money from those adversary proceedings from all those companies they are taking to court march 7th. so we can just file it then and still get paid in time for the next distro.
Here's an idea...if we can identify for certain our CT's trustee...wouldn't hurt to send him a link to cottons letter. A question accompanying the letter could be included...something like...WTF!?
