Dr. Sandy Weinberg is the Senior Director of Fast Trak – BioDefense, the GE Healthcare project to support and speed the development of preventative and therapeutic vaccines for bioterrorism and pandemic threats. His team works with universities, small and large businesses to fund, refine, and commercialize potentially promising vaccines. Dr. Weinberg has been researching and exploring strategic policy related to biodefense for more than twenty years, and is the author of twelve books on related regulatory and quality issues.
