I exercised 63,000 warrants last year....effectively 'lending' CYDY $31,500 as they had a tender offer of 50 cents for certain warrants. Mine were exercisable at 75 cents so I thought this made sense to take advantage of the 50 cent offer. But here we are 1 year later with a lagging stock price.
Had the stock price been even higher last year more investors would have probably taken advantage of the 50 cent tender offer and more $$$ would have been sent to CYDY.
