Dr. Patel was brought in to finish the deal. That is why he is the contact person on InMed's web-site. His job is to fix the issue that put TRON in default. I am sure the same issue existed when Rene resigned.
From what I’ve read of H. Wayne, that’s exactly what it sounds like. It’s a pathetic person who would do something like that to an older retired person. Family should help protect their older members from being preyed upon by these conmen.
