Agreed. The volume has dried up significantly which is not a good sign for a continuing rally. I also think there's some disappointment that the FDA announcement didn't happen earlier this week. I suspect it's going to be much later than expected in part due to the shutdown and because the FDA responds when they feel like it rather than on a tight schedule.
