I guess all we can do is wait and see how the recent increase in volume and steady price of $8 plays out.
You either believe what's going on and take your hard earned $ and get some shares, or you believe this has no chance in hell, watch from the outside and don't come along for the ride.

yes it is interesting that there is an increase in volume now that the defendants need to share there evidence to prepare for trial. i wonder what happens to the PPS when nobody wants to sell there shares anymore once were in trial or a settlement? then imagine if even more people start bidding to buy on top of that?
