BLFS's management and excellence in realizing their goals is the difference (IMO). I am a former CYRX shareholder and invested right before their disastrous (for me) 10:1 reverse split. Been in BLFS since it was $5/share. Almost recovered all of my losses from my misadventure with CYRX.
