According to another poster the MARTA claimants may not refile since other claims similar to theirs were denied in another court, which is somewhat similar to the now resolved EC's.
The only other claim, that I know of, were Class 17B Note claims which were disputed, and the LT indicated that they could be litigated if distributions ever became available to Class 18.
