Very light dilution if true. For a company at this stage of growth, with this much going on, I'd take 27M shares, or roughly 6% for the quarter, dilution every quarter til they get established. As shared by Ryan Medico recently, Elev8 is almost cash flow neutral now. With recent announcements, they should be cash flow positive next quarter. At that point, not as much need for dilution.
